Global Harmony is Our Mission.
World Peace is Our Vision.
Music is a universal language, connecting musicians and listeners worldwide. Our diverse online community celebrates cultural richness, with participants from Nigeria and Venezuela leading the way in cross-pollination between these various hives. Bzzzreee!
Music is a mystical force. Beyond lyrics and melody, it resonates on a vibrational level. Live music is raw, real, and full of surprises—each performance is one-of-a-kind, capturing the spontaneous interplay between artist and audience. The fret buzz only adds to the magic.

Thanks to Our Supporters
Hive Open Mic is made possible by Arise Video Studio, supported by a generous grant from the City of Austin. We are thankful to Earthworks Botanicals, Casa de Luz, Neshama Kava, and Nava House for providing spaces to host our live events.
What Makes Hive Open Mic Special?
Hive Open Mic stays true to the classic open mic format—a stage, spotlight, and microphone for artists to shine. It’s not a contest, but a community concert of live performances. To extend this creativity beyond the stage, we provide free media services, capturing artists through professional photos and videos.
Our events frequently highlight a Spotlight Artist, showcasing exceptional talent and generating gratitude from the audience. It’s all about inspiring connection and love for music. Viva to the music lovers! Viva!
