After 180+ weeks of the Hive Open Mic virtual event, our community shared thousands of live music videos. Most of these are still in circulation. One of the most memorable moments took place in the 72nd Hive Open Mic event, during the week of August 22-28, 2021. That’s when 72 musicians teamed up for a live music mashup.
The song was “Simple Pretty Melody”—a song reinforcing our theme of Global Harmony. Our live music co-creation demonstrates the harmonizing power of music. We joined our voices and instruments together, across the world, making a powerful statement of world peace. We brought together our hearts through our arts.
